Agree on the essentials

Decide who plans meals, who usually takes the morning walk and whom to tell about changes. The arrangement should make sense to everyone, including someone who only helps occasionally.

Record an action after it happens

The best time to record a meal is immediately after feeding. Until then, the task should stay incomplete. Do not rely on the absence of a notification: another person's phone may be offline.

Separate roles and access

Someone who only needs to see the schedule may not need permission to change it. Waglio family profiles have member roles. Location and route access are enabled separately, rather than automatically with an invitation.

Allow for connectivity

Updates are shared when the app is active and connected. If you see different information, first refresh or check the action with each other. Do not make an urgent decision based only on an outdated screen.

Make handovers clear

Before going away, check the schedule, contacts and your dog's habits. Discuss important details in person. The app helps store information, but does not replace an agreement between people.
