Start with your account

Signing in connects available online features to you. It does not, by itself, publish your diary, photos or routes. Review your sign-in settings and keep verification codes to yourself.

Family and friends are different circles

A family group supports shared care. A social card helps you meet other owners. Publishing a card is a separate action; inviting someone into your family does not make your entire history public.

Decide who needs your routes

Precise location is sensitive information. Enable sharing for a clear purpose, review group membership and turn access off when it is no longer needed. Do not put your home address in public captions.

You control the newsletter

You do not have to subscribe to Waglio news to sign in. Turn the subscription off in settings or through an email link. Service verification codes still arrive when you request the corresponding account action.

Review access from time to time

After changing phones or handing over care, check your sessions and family members. If you notice an unfamiliar action, contact support@waglio.app. Do not send a password or one-time code.
